今回はバスルーム棚にトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
