週末を使って玄関飾り棚を作りました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
