気になっていた漫画本棚にようやく挑戦。背板なしで圧迫感を抑えて、横方向に筋交いを 1 本入れて強度を担保。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。
Steps
現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
棒ヤスリで木口の繊維方向に沿って軽く面取り。塗装ノリが目に見えて変わります。
ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
オスモのクリアでナチュラル仕上げ。木目を活かしたい時はこれ一択です。
