今回はカフェ風ダイニングテーブルにトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

Cut
Use the in-store cut service

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
