市販品ではしっくりこなかったのでランドリーラックを自分で組みました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
