店舗看板（木製）を自作しました。ヤニ止めシーラーを下塗りしてから本塗装。色ムラが出にくいです。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut

杉板を必要寸法にカット。表面はバーナーで軽く炙って木目を強調 (焼き杉風)。
Sand

SandSTEP 3 / 5
ワイヤーブラシで焼いた表面の炭をかき落とし、木目だけを残すようにブラッシング。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish
PaintSTEP 4 / 5
文字部分はステンシルで手書き感を出して塗装。色は黒で深みを意識。
