市販品ではしっくりこなかったので在宅勤務デスク（仕切り付き）を自分で組みました。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。天板の奥行きを 600mm 取って、モニター + ノート PC + サブ資料が並ぶ広さに。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
