気になっていたガレージ工具棚にようやく挑戦。古い柱や梁とのバランスを意識して仕上げました。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。

棚板のたわみ対策ばっちりですね。ダボの追加が効いてそう
