週末を使って子供用ベッドフレームを作りました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
