週末を使ってガレージ工具棚を作りました。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
