今回はシンプル本棚にトライ。背板なしで圧迫感を抑えて、横方向に筋交いを 1 本入れて強度を担保。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
