気になっていた店舗看板（木製）にようやく挑戦。ヤニ止めシーラーを下塗りしてから本塗装。色ムラが出にくいです。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

看板のサイズと文字配置を紙に下書き。バランスを見ながら最終寸法を決定。
Cut

杉板を必要寸法にカット。表面はバーナーで軽く炙って木目を強調 (焼き杉風)。
Sand
#120 → #240
SandSTEP 3 / 5
ワイヤーブラシで焼いた表面の炭をかき落とし、木目だけを残すようにブラッシング。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish
PaintSTEP 4 / 5
文字部分はステンシルで手書き感を出して塗装。色は黒で深みを意識。
