気になっていたガーデンベンチにようやく挑戦。屋外用なのでキシラデコール 3 度塗り。1 年経ちますが色褪せ最小限。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
Cut

卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
