今回はハイテーブル（バーカウンター）にトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。メイン材は今回もイタウバ。雨ざらしでも 10 年は安心です。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。家族にも好評で作って良かった。
Steps
現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
