週末を使ってシンプル壁面棚を作りました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
