週末を使ってバスルーム棚を作りました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
