週末を使ってランドリーラックを作りました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
