気になっていたキッチン吊り棚にようやく挑戦。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
