今回はウッドサイン看板にトライ。文字はステンシルで手書き感を出しつつ均一な太さに。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

看板のサイズと文字配置を紙に下書き。バランスを見ながら最終寸法を決定。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service
CutSTEP 2 / 5
杉板を必要寸法にカット。表面はバーナーで軽く炙って木目を強調 (焼き杉風)。
Sand
#120 → #240
SandSTEP 3 / 5
ワイヤーブラシで焼いた表面の炭をかき落とし、木目だけを残すようにブラッシング。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish
PaintSTEP 4 / 5
文字部分はステンシルで手書き感を出して塗装。色は黒で深みを意識。

完成。店舗の入口に取り付けたら一気にカフェ感が出ました。
