子供用ローテーブルを自作しました。SPF 2x4 と 1x6 の組み合わせ。慣れた材料なので作業もスムーズ。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

Cut
Use the in-store cut service

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
