市販品ではしっくりこなかったので作業部屋工具棚を自分で組みました。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect
No wobble ✓

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
