気になっていたフロートシェルフにようやく挑戦。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
Cut

丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
