今回はL字型コーナー棚にトライ。周りに何もない環境なので電動工具をフル活用。今回もSPFが主役。1本300円台で揃うのがありがたい。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。結果には満足してます。
Steps
間取り図に実寸を書き込んで、棚 1 段ずつの高さと幅を割り出し。最終チェックは現場合わせ。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
