週末を使って子供用ローテーブルを作りました。天板を成長に合わせてダボ穴 3 段階で高さ調整可能にしました。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
