今回はL字型コーナー棚にトライ。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。完成までトータル 1 ヶ月、ゆるゆる進めて楽しかったです。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
サンディング後はエアダスターで木粉を完全除去。塗装前のひと手間で塗りムラが減ります。
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
ブライワックスのジャコビーンを布で擦り込み。1 時間置いてからウエスで磨くと自然な艶が出ます。
