今回は脱衣所タオル棚にトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
