在宅勤務デスク（仕切り付き）を自作しました。天板の奥行きを 600mm 取って、モニター + ノート PC + サブ資料が並ぶ広さに。家族にも好評で作って良かった。

コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
