気になっていたシンプル壁面棚にようやく挑戦。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。下穴と皿取りビットで木栓仕上げにしたら、表面のビス頭が消えて綺麗です。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。家族にも好評で作って良かった。
Steps
現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
卓上スライド丸鋸でまとめて切断。切断面の直角が出るので、後の組み立てが圧倒的にラクです。
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
