気になっていた六角形ピクニックテーブルにようやく挑戦。周りに何もない環境なので電動工具をフル活用。天板に 5mm の隙間を空けて雨水抜き。1 年経っても腐食ゼロ。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。
Steps
完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
水準器を 4 方向で当てて水平確認。1 箇所 2mm の浮きがあったので脚の底を削って調整。
