市販品ではしっくりこなかったので子供用ローテーブルを自分で組みました。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。扉は指挟み防止のソフトクローズ蝶番を使ってます。塗料は食品衛生法適合品。子供がなめても大丈夫なものに統一。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。

Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
