気になっていた可動仕切り収納棚にようやく挑戦。間柱センサーで下地を確認してからビス位置を決めました。想定以上に綺麗に仕上がって、自分でもびっくり。

Cut

切る前に治具をクランプで固定して、ガイド付きで切断。フリーハンドより遥かに直線が出ます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
ビス径より 1mm 細い下穴を入れる流派。SPF みたいな柔らかい材ほど下穴サボると後悔します。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
下から積み上げる順で仮組み → 直角確認 → 本締めの 3 ステップで進行。焦らないのがコツ。

実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
