市販品ではしっくりこなかったので植木鉢台兼ベンチを自分で組みました。賃貸でも置けるサイズで設計してます。脚はハの字に開く形で安定感アップ。子供が座っても揺れません。次は別のサイズで再チャレンジ予定です。
Steps
現地でメジャーを当てて、家具との干渉が出ない最大寸法を確定。木取り図を 1 枚にまとめてからホームセンターへ。
曲尺で直角を出しつつ墨線。1mm の差が後々響くので、シャーペンの 0.5mm で細めに引きました。
ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
サンディング後はエアダスターで木粉を完全除去。塗装前のひと手間で塗りムラが減ります。
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
ブライワックスのジャコビーンを布で擦り込み。1 時間置いてからウエスで磨くと自然な艶が出ます。
