今回はコーナー本棚にトライ。棚板は 1x10 を採用。文庫本 60 冊載せても撓みなしでした。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
Cut
Use the in-store cut service
CutSTEP 2 / 5
丸鋸 / 手鋸で部材をカット。墨線の外側 0.5mm をターゲットに、仕上げで微調整しました。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm
DrillSTEP 3 / 5
穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
