気になっていた子供用ローダイニングテーブルにようやく挑戦。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。ウリンを使ったので、初期費用は張りますが長期的にはこちらが安いと割り切ってます。天板はオイル仕上げ (ワトコ ナチュラル)。3 度塗りで木目がくっきり出ました。子供が触っても安全なように角は全部丸めてます。家族にも好評で作って良かった。
Steps
コンベックスで 3 回測って数値を揃えました。ここで 1mm でもズレるとあとで響くので慎重に。
ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
下穴ドリル 2.5mm + 皿取り兼用ビットで一発開け。木口の割れリスクを最小化。
鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
