今回はアンティーク風壁棚にトライ。田舎の広い庭を活かしてゆったり目に作りました。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。費用対効果も高くて満足です。

完成寸法を採寸し、設置場所のサイズを確認。各部材の長さを決めて切り出し図を作りました。
Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
実際に荷重を載せてみて、軋みやたわみが出ないかチェック。問題なしで完成です。
