市販品ではしっくりこなかったので公園風ベンチを自分で組みました。座面と脚の接合は ボンド + ビス + ダボで 3 重に補強。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
ボンド + ビスで本体フレームを組み上げ。コーナークランプで直角を維持しながら締め込み。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
全ビスを最終増し締め。最後にダスターで木屑を払って、これで完成です。
