週末を使ってシンプル本棚を作りました。一人暮らしなので一人で組み立てられる構造に。L 字金具で壁固定。地震時の転倒対策は必須です。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

ゼットソーの替刃で手鋸カット。電動と違って騒音気にせず夜でも作業できるのが地味に便利。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

穴位置は治具を使って正確にマーキング。複数箇所で揃えるとビスラインが綺麗に通ります。
Build the frame
Tighten joints firmly
AssembleSTEP 4 / 5
タイトボンド III と 65mm コーススレッドで本組み。圧着 30 分待つと接着強度が段違いです。
Inspect
No wobble ✓
InspectSTEP 5 / 5
完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
