今回は子供部屋絵本棚にトライ。マンション住まいなので搬入できる寸法を最優先。石膏ボードアンカー (ニトムズ) で棚 1 段あたり 30kg まで耐荷重を確保。ホームセンター店員さんに相談しながら進めたのが良かった。

Cut

ホームセンターのカットサービスを利用。1 カット 30 円で精度も出るので、長い直線は基本ここで頼んでます。
Drill a hole
下穴 φ3.5mm

ビス止め位置に 3mm の下穴を開けて木割れを防止。皿取りビットで皿ビスが面一になるよう座ぐりも一緒に。
Build the frame

鬼目ナットを使って分解可能な構造に。引っ越し対応も視野に入れたモジュール設計です。
Inspect

完成後にガタつきと水平を確認。気になる箇所はサンドペーパーで微調整して仕上げました。
