週末を使ってアンティーク風木製看板を作りました。材料はおなじみのSPF、コスパ重視でいきました。焼き杉風に表面をバーナーで炙って、ブラシで磨いて木目を強調。この作品で DIY のモチベがまた上がりました。

Cut

杉板を必要寸法にカット。表面はバーナーで軽く炙って木目を強調 (焼き杉風)。
Sand

SandSTEP 3 / 5
ワイヤーブラシで焼いた表面の炭をかき落とし、木目だけを残すようにブラッシング。
Paint
Watco oil / varnish
PaintSTEP 4 / 5
文字部分はステンシルで手書き感を出して塗装。色は黒で深みを意識。
